MyAthene provides customers with up-to-date policy information and time-saving self-service tools.
Due to system enhancements, MyAthene will have limited functionality and availability beginning Thursday:
- Beginning at 4:00 p.m. CT, March 21: You will not be able to update your contact information, change a beneficiary or request a withdrawal. New user registration will be unavailable.
- Beginning at 5:00 p.m. CT, March 22: All access to MyAthene will be shut down and you will not be able to log in.
The website should be fully functional again on Monday, March 25. You will be prompted to reset your password upon login. Thank you for your patience.
